Extraordinary Day.. Sat 8th..Dr Jo..”Hook Steam Train” ..”War Horse”
Hi All
Not written for some time as been self training hard for about 2 months, which climaxed with this day which l am about write about. Yes it certainly was extraordinary day.. which started about 05.30 sorted myself out to catch the train from Ipswich to Liverpool St in London. Being Saturday the underground was doing alot of engineering works, so careful plans done on the PC for route were now in arye. So ended taking 5 tube trains, the best thing was the last station exited right opposite the Earls Court entrance, queuing up and was trying to spot any one l know ..no.
New Crowd
Bit scary going a large seminar room with “new crowd” of whom just started write to on FB (Face Book), the Jo Martin’s crew are very good at what they do..so sitting down in just few minutes. The good lady appears which such gusto and passion it very hard not taken along with what she does (and does for it for 8hours) , l can’t tell you to much about the content because of NDA signed on the day ..so would you do if you organised such powerful content.
Some great stories and fables were shared and entwined and her style is this will be told and you ask yourself why has Jo just told us this, but it melds nicely at the end. Just go back the my part being on your own at this event, one item which think all seminar leaders ought do is “have crew member hold a board with PARTNERS on it” so if on your own and need to do an exercise with a partner ..you dash to them.
Great Passionate Peoples
This post is really about the peoples l met on this day, from a Educationist wants to share her passion of her knowledge, Public speaker trainer & Marketer, Dr of Medicine for a hand product, Afro lady who teaches/trains how to braid, extensions Afro/white hair business, Master Coach & NLP practitioner, Director of a Soul Therapy Center, Intuitive Life Coach, a voice-radio broadcaster- station exec plus public speaker and finally a magician/voice over artist. Such diversion persons and such passion (Tony Robbins would have loved it) is an awesome thing, if could bottle it up and sale it ..well maybe Tony Robbins does already 
Strangers in The Dark
One exercise l like to share with was to wards the the end we are asked to stand, close our eyes and the lights are turned right down…Jo takes us on journey for about 15 minutes for were we want to be. It quite exercise/experience to share with a few hundred other like mined persons in large room with the lights down. Certainly moved me
Most Unusual Business Meeting
The seminar is over and we disperse and l am standing on the tube platform and see the guy in well dressed suit, asked if just been to Dr Jo’s and reply yes. Next l’m having the most extraordinary conversation about his biz and he a medical doctor who’s company have developed a major product for prevention of passing viral disease via hand barrier lotion. Of corsue he aks me what my niche is so my reply is “Product Launch Facilitator & Maven” and l’m a about develop a major launch system which would really benefit him & this take places on the tube. So another lead generated
Surreal Haunting Sound
So l have battle across London tube and with the rush hour and arrived in Liverpool St station, tried, feet hurting and head buzzing from the high of the seminar. Sitting down l heard the haunting sound of American Steam Train whistle, just like you see/hear in Westerns, Cowboy etc and l’m thinking l have enter the twilight zone. l just ignored it, but few miutes later it happens again and l see swarm of a crowd carry carrying cameras and recording gear. l followed to find on platform 8 “The Hook Continental 700013″ Steam Train in its full glory (it looks very similar to the “Flying Scotsman”) and will post pic’s of it on line. A real smile stopping moment.
“War Horse” And Senior Couple
Get my train and find a seat with one of them large tables across it and l’m think l can stretch on out my legs when a “senior couple ” take the the reserved seats opposite. Now l not one for chatting with strangers because you can start talking to some really negetive peeps. They buzzing from the sight of 70013 and had pic’s which they shared with me, and told me they had just watched “War Horse” in the West End. The programme brouchers was a great piece of makeerting and how tell a story with “metal horses” about the equines part played by horses in WW1. And they also shared how thier son has just started biz in Africa.
l not a great writer or blogger but really wanted to get this down re-read and remember ” A Extraordinary Day” thank you for the peoples mention and sights and sounds.
